Investment Team

Youri Bujko, CEO

Youri Bujko comes from a background in mathematics and computer science which lead him, in 1993,  to develop an asset allocation software for a boutique investment firm in Beverly Hills. Two years later, he transitioned to Merrill Lynch directly managing assets for private clients. His career as a Financial Advisor continued at Prudential Securities and then at global investment bank UBS.  During his tenure at large institutions, he realized that technology would bring a wind of change in the industry; technology would eventually allow for independence, adaptability and superior and tailored client service. As a result of this vision, in 2006 THALASSA CAPITAL LLC was born. Mr. Bujko built the firm into an innovative advisory nucleus leveraging high-tech platforms, considering clients as members, and bringing in specialized talent.  In his spare time, Mr. Bujko is an accomplished pilot with flying experience in different continents.
